We changed "xsortproducts" value which caused this error on any product web page with a drop-down menu.

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error ''80040e21''
ODBC driver does not support the requested properties.
/shopping/shopproductfeaturesgenerate.asp, line 480

Solution was to comment out the lines below in the shopproductfeaturesgenerate.asp.

if GetConfig("xFeatureSort")<>"" then
sqlFeatures = SqlFeatures & "," & GetConfig("xFeatureSort")
end if

I have no clue as to why there is a sorting on the drop-down menu menu. As far as we know it only applied to category level pages.

Can you give me an example of what sort of downs you are referring to? Is it a feature option drop down?

Yes, it was the feature down on the product pages.

Here is an example of a product page with a features drop down.

The problem only happened when we started playing around with the xsortproducts. It worked fine for about 7 years before that.
